Rachel Sapoznik is the founder, president and CEO of Sapoznik Insurance & Associates, Inc., a full-service national insurance agency specializing in employee benefit programs. Starting its inception in 1987, Sapoznik Insurance has grown exponentially due in large part to its founder’s dedication and her unique “education-based initiative” in dealing with the healthcare system. To date, Sapoznik Insurance has generated over $125 million in revenues, and was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 Minority Businesses by the Chamber of Commerce.

Rachel Sapoznik has surpassed the achievements of her competitors to be elected as “Woman Extraordinaire” by Business Leader Magazine in both 2008 and 2010. In 2009, she was named South Florida Business Journal’s Ultimate CEO, and was honored by the Commonwealth Institute as one of Florida’s Top 50 Women Business Leaders.
