Some of her key experiences have been working with Private Equity Portfolio companies,  establishing high performing HR teams, developing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion programs, and integrating acquired companies.   Diane has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University with a concentration in Accounting.  She also studied at Columbia University where she received her Executive Coaching certification.
