Diane Dooley has held key positions on executive leadership teams and offers more than 20 years of HR experience in the Insurance, Professional Services and Financial Services industries.  Focused on driving human capital strategies, particularly in the areas of HR operations, talent management, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and change management, Ms. Dooley has partnered directly with leadership to positively impact complex organizations.  Diane has been committed to advancing workforce cultures, supporting change management, and aligning corporate growth goals and strategies.  Prior to joining World Insurance Associates, Diane held lead HR roles at HKA Global, ALSCG, Connor Strong & Buckelew, Deloitte, and EY. Some of her key experiences have been working with Private Equity Portfolio companies,  establishing high performing HR teams, developing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion programs, and integrating acquired companies.   Diane has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University with a concentration in Accounting.  She also studied at Columbia University where she received her Executive Coaching certification.
